What Karcytics Does

Karcytics is a modular analysis hub built for laboratory scientists, students, and research teams.

Core application: Provides the overall project workspace, update notifications, and help center.
Plugins / modules: Delivered through the Marketplace, these add analysis-specific capabilities and file format support.
Project-aware: Each analysis is saved inside a project directory with managed assets and workflow snapshots.
Security first: Plugin execution is gated by cryptographic trust checks and a local developer trust store.
User assistance: The app includes a Help Center and restartable onboarding tour.

How to use this guide
